This Privacy Policy explains how Watches by Los LLC processes limited information through the Watches by Los public website and related customer communications.
Information we process
We may process an account email and authentication-related profile information, Favorites saved to an account, information a customer voluntarily includes in an email, and basic security, diagnostic, and request metadata. Authentication and Favorites may require cookies or equivalent browser storage.
Why we process it
We use this information to provide accounts and Favorites, respond to voluntary inquiries, maintain site security and reliability, diagnose failures, and operate the customer-facing catalog. Watches by Los LLC does not sell personal information.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website. Supabase provides public-catalog, account-authentication, and Favorites infrastructure. Cloudinary may deliver approved public watch photography. A customer’s chosen email provider and our business email provider process information when the customer sends an email. We do not claim that this site uses advertising, behavioral tracking, payment, tax, shipping, or marketing-automation systems.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the relevant feature, answer an inquiry, maintain security and business records, or meet applicable obligations. Retention can vary by the information and context, and data may remain for a limited period in backups or provider systems.
Security limitations
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the public site, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.
Your choices and requests
You may browse without creating an account. You can choose what to include in an email and can request assistance concerning account or personal information. To request deletion of an account or associated Favorites, email privacy@watchesbylos.com from the account email address. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited records where reasonably necessary or legally required.
Children’s privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and Watches by Los does not knowingly seek personal information from children through it. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied information may contact us.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as the website or business practices change. The current version will be posted here with an updated effective date when approved.
