Processing and shipping

Our normal processing target is 2–3 business days after cleared payment. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Shipping availability, method, price, insurance, tracking, and any signature requirement are confirmed before or on the invoice. Delays outside our reasonable control may occur, and customers must provide an accurate, deliverable address.

When a vacation notice is active, new invoice requests may be paused and the normal processing target may not apply. Any different timing will be disclosed before payment. Vacation mode does not retroactively change shipping terms already accepted for a completed invoice.

Requesting a return

For purposes of the seven-day return-request window (7 calendar days), confirmed delivery generally means the delivery date recorded by the applicable carrier’s tracking information.

The return request must be emailed to returns@watchesbylos.com within the seven-day window. If authorized, the return must then be shipped by the deadline and in accordance with the instructions provided by Watches by Los. The watch and included accessories must be returned in substantially the same condition.

Return shipping

Unless Watches by Los provides the return label because the item was materially inconsistent with its listing, the buyer is responsible for the cost and safe return of the package until it is received.

Inspection and refunds

Refund decisions occur after receipt and inspection. Any approved refund returns through the original agreed payment route where practicable. Original or expedited shipping charges are not promised as refundable except where required by law or where the item was materially misdescribed.

Return limitations

Unauthorized, altered, damaged, incomplete, or late returns may be declined to the extent permitted by law. This policy creates no separate warranty and does not affect non-waivable consumer rights.
