Terms of Use and Sale

These terms cover this inquiry-only website and sales offered by Watches by Los LLC.
Who may purchase
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to complete a purchase.
Inquiries are not orders
Browsing or sending an inquiry does not create an order. Requesting an invoice does not reserve a watch. Availability and price must be reconfirmed. A sale exists only after Watches by Los issues an invoice and accepts cleared payment under the invoice instructions. Watches by Los may decline an inquiry or decide not to issue an invoice. An invoice may include an expiration time, and availability remains subject to confirmation until the sale is accepted.
Listings and invoices
Listing mistakes may be corrected before a sale is accepted. Watches are generally pre-owned unless expressly identified otherwise. The individual listing and invoice provide the transaction-specific description, condition, included accessories, price, shipping details, and other information disclosed before payment. These transaction-specific details supplement these website terms and the posted Shipping and Returns Policy.
Warranty and legal rights
Watches are sold as described. Watches by Los offers no separate warranty. This does not exclude or limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a harmful or excessive manner, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, or use its content or services unlawfully.
Intellectual property
The Watches by Los name, site presentation, original text, graphics, and brand materials are owned by or licensed to Watches by Los LLC. Third-party marks and watch imagery remain subject to their respective rights.
Reasonable limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided for informational and inquiry purposes without a promise that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the website or business practices change. The version posted when a sale is accepted applies unless the invoice expressly provides a more favorable term or applicable law requires otherwise.
